Most tattoos require multiple sessions spaced 8–10 weeks apart, depending on the tattoo’s size, location, ink type, and individual skin response. Treatments are performed using conservative settings and proper aftercare protocols to protect the skin throughout the removal process. Tattoo removal is not performed on mucosal tissue (inside the mouth) or in areas deemed unsafe by the provider.
